9. Are my clients required to stay sponsored to my profile if I sponsor them?

We understand that not every client relationship is meant to last. If your sponsored client wishes to become independent, they have the flexibility to downgrade to the free version of Inspect Connect or pay for their own membership. Once they choose to leave your sponsorship, they will no longer count towards your total client count.

10. What happens to my clients if I cancel my membership?

If you don’t feel like you are getting enough value from your Inspect Connect membership, then you can cancel your subscription. When your cancelation is complete, all of your clients will be offered a paid membership, or they may downgrade to the free version.
