Homeowners can safely store their vital home documents in our secure cloud platform (so you’ll never need to track down hard copies in case of an emergency again), connect instantly with pre-vetted, qualified service professionals for any home improvement or repair and manage their appliances from warranty to recalls.

3. How much will this platform cost?

There are 2 different pricing plans for homeowners. Their will be a free profile that has limited access and there will be a $5/month profile per property.

Free: Get basic access to your inspection report through our Cloud service and connect with a number of pre-vetted professionals. Perfect for small repairs or getting started.

Pro ($5/month/property): Unlock the full power of Inspect Connect! Enjoy unlimited access to our network of qualified professionals, exclusive discounts on services, and a personalized dashboard to track your home’s progress. Plus, try it risk-free with our free 7-day trial!

6. Do I have to own a home to use this platform?

Inspect Connect is designed for homeowners to manage their properties effectively. Each home has its own dedicated profile, ensuring personalized support and a clear picture of your property’s individual needs.

7. What areas does Inspect Connect cover?

Inspect Connect is currently taking off in San Diego, CA! You can create your profile and access all platform features, including managing your home details and connecting with pre-vetted professionals and managing your home details.

Outside of San Diego? You can still get started by creating a profile, but our “Home Health Checkup” feature (which includes personalized recommendations and insights) isn’t available yet. We’re working hard to expand soon, so stay tuned!
