2. What product or services does Inspect Connect offer?

The Inspect Connect platform offers a systematic approach at managing one’s home. This is accomplished through the customized homeowner platform that links the user to an advanced network of service professionals. These service professionals are held to higher business and conduct standards than other platforms in order to reduce the pain of managing, improving and repairing one’s home.

Service professionals will be able to access their own portal and set up a profile. Once the profile has been created, they will be able to receive leads in their geographic location and for their category of service. The difference between us and our competitors is that we encourage quality work and good business practices on both sides of the transaction. We want you to grow your business and be successful.

3. How much will this platform cost?

During the beta and phase 2, service professionals will enjoy free access to the Inspect Connect platform. We plan to transition to a pay-per-lead model in the future, but this timeline is subject to change.

5. Are the leads from Inspect Connect quality leads?

The leads that you will receive are all direct requests from the homeowner. There is no grantee the lead will hire you or not.

6. What areas does Inspect Connect cover?

The Inspect Connect Inc platform is immediately available everywhere upon launch. Certain aspects will initially only be available in San Diego CA.

7. How will Inspect Connect hold service pros to a higher standard?

The Inspect Connect platform will have a few different avenues to gauge standard of work. The customer will have a rating system for their service professionals akin to Airbnb. Service professionals will also agree to a terms of service that states the expected business practices. More details on this will be available closer to the release of phase 3.

The leads generated by Inspect Connect are direct homeowner requests, indicating their active interest in seeking service professionals. While we cannot guarantee their conversion into clients, these leads provide a valuable opportunity to connect with potential customers actively looking for your services.
